Taygen James Scow born May 16, 2012, in Ogden, Utah, came into this world as our little angel. He received his wings on April 17, 2013, in Omaha, Nebraska. Taygen is the son of TJ and Jean Scow.
Taygen had gone through a lot of rough times in the eleven months he was here with us. He loved to be the center of attention but also loved his movies. He would be entertained for hours trying to dance, bounce and play while watching Disney movies. He loved to be with his cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and friends. No matter what he felt like or what he was going through he was always able to find a smile for everyone he was around.
He had been diagnosed with Hirshprungs disease when he was 7 days old. He went through surgery after surgery. He was able to come home and spend 6 months without having any major difficulties. After making the trip out to Nebraska for an evaluation for a transplant with no problems, we were able to get him on the list and received the call on January 15, 2013. He underwent 3 surgeries and his transplant work just as good as we had hoped. A month after his transplant he ended up getting sick and having complications due to Adenovirus and RSV.
Taygen is survived by his loving parents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Grandparents. Proceeded in death by his Grandmother Shauna Scow.
Services will be held Saturday April 27, 2013 at the Coalville Stake Center, viewing 10am-11:45am, funeral 12pm. Interment will be held at the Coalville Cemetery in Coalville, UT following services.
