Shirley Ruth Skaggs

Shirley Burling Skaggs passed away peacefully 8 April 2025 at the age of 95 at The Family Tree Assisted Living of Morgan. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio 31 January 1930 to Lawrence Louis Burling & Rose Mary Schneider.

Shirley married Charles F Skaggs 29 May 1954 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Charles passed away 1 November 2021.

Shirley is survived by her two daughters Gayle (Mike) Clodfelder of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Joyce (Douglas) Guest of Coalville, Utah. She is also survived by six grandsons and 7 great-grandchildren.

We would like to thank Family Tree Assisted Living of Morgan for the wonderful care they gave Shirley the 4 1/2 years they took care of her. We would also like to thank Quality and Cory for their Hospice care.
