Sharon Murdock

Sharon Murdock (85) passed away peacefully after her struggles with dementia on January 20, 2026. Born to Bob and Lola Campbell on March 11th, 1940. Sharon was sister to Glen Campbell and is survived by her two sons Scott and Eric Goodwin and her two grandsons Ben and Ian Goodwin.

Sharon graduated from Morgan High School and attended Stevens Technical College. Following college she worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Ogden. While living in Ogden she met Bob Goodwin and they were married in 1968. Shortly afterward they moved to California where she and Bob raised their family.

After the passing of Bob Goodwin in 1988, Sharon worked at the Campbell Union School District as Administrative Assistant. During this time she met Gene Angius and they would marry in October 1994. Sharon and Gene were married for 14 years before his unexpected passing in 2009. Years later Sharon and Stewart Murdock rekindled their life long friendship and married in Kauai on January 18th, 2018. Sharon and Stewart lived the last of their days happily together in Utah.

Sharon will always be remembered for her love of family, the love of music, the love of theater, and traveling around the world.

A graveside memorial will be held on Saturday, March 28th, 2026 at the South Morgan Cemetery at 3pm. Following the graveside service the family is hosting a Celebration of Life event at The Mountain Creek Lodge in Morgan from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. For friends and family who cannot attend, memories can be shared at www.walker-mortuary.com.
