MORGAN - On October 13, 2012 Marilyn Liddle Gillmore passed away peacefully at age 79, in Morgan, Utah, from age-related complications. Marilyn was born November 25, 1932 to Wallace and Alfarette Sorensen Liddle in McCloud, California.

Growing up, Marilyn lived primarily in the Sacramento, California area. On September 8, 1952 she married LaVern Gillmore in the Logan Temple (later divorced). They were the parents of three daughters.

Marilyn's first priority was always to her family. She also worked as a systems analyst at Wyle Electronics for 20-plus years. Marilyn was a talented cook, an accomplished seamstress, and created beautiful needlework. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she faithfully served in many callings throughout her life. Marilyn's great faith, cheerful countenance, and loving heart touched everyone she came in contact with.

She is survived by daughters: Jeanette (Phil) Miller, Sandi Whitney, Kelly (Rick) Allemandi; seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren; siblings Wallace (Letha) Liddle, Alfred (Jo Ann) Liddle, Ethel (Bill) Grogan. She was preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth (Jerry) Titus, and her mother and father.

The family would like to thank the devoted staff at The Family Tree Assisted Living Center in Morgan, where she was lovingly cared for during the last few years of her life.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 12 noon at the Walker Mortuary, 45 West 200 North, Morgan, Utah. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services at the mortuary.

Interment will be at the South Morgan Cemetery.
