Lynn Orton Boyce, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away on May 12, 2026 at the age of 74. Lynn was born January 30, 1952 in Ogden, Utah to Harold and Fern Orton, one of four sisters and a brother.
Married February 11, 1984, she shared 42 loving years of marriage with her husband Bryan Boyce, building a life together in Morgan, Utah. Side by side, they spent decades running a successful mink ranch, and a period of time even leading the American Mink Counsel. In addition to the ranch, she also found success and joy in running her own retail and screen printing business, The Sportique. She was a force to be reckoned with and was well respected for her hard work, tenacity, and creativity.
Lynn found great joy in cultivating her gardens. Whether it was growing corn and tomatoes to share with friends and family, or vibrant flowers nurtured from seeds in her greenhouse, she could take any plot of dirt and tun it into something beautiful. She also took immense pride in watching her family grow, cherishing time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Lynn is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Fern Orton, her brother Hal Orton, and her two daughters Misty Wright and Tiffany Roberts. She is survived by her husband Bryan Boyce, her second mother Marco Orton; her sisters Carol (Bruce) Tonks, Jean Lezala, Joan Wynn, Debbie (Ted) Wardell; her brothers Jeff Orton and Joe (Lori) Orton; her grandchildren Megan (Byron) Lovan, Mackenzie Roberts, Brittany (David) Wright, and Trevor (Sidney) Messenger; and her greatgrandchildren Tayden, Kaden, Bentley, Kinsley, and Eleanor.
