Jon A. Sutherland

Jon Arnold Sutherland passed away peacefully on May 13, 2024. He was born February 10, 1957, to Helen and Luther Sutherland. Jon married Jennie Rollins on August 5, 1977. Together they had two daughters Crystal (Robert) Maddox, Heather Sutherland, and three grandsons Thomas, Jake, and Andy Schauer.

Through hard work he found ways to provide for his family. He enjoyed working for Home Depot the past 10 years. He loved camping, fishing, and riding the trails with family and friends.

He is survived by his sisters Janice (Ronnie) Lucas, Valarie (Toni) King, daughters Crystal (Robert) Maddox, Heather Sutherland and three grandsons Thomas, Jake, and Andy Schauer.

He is preceded in death by his wife Jennie Sutherland, parents Luther and Helen Sutherland, and brothers Mark and Mike Sutherland.

We would like to send a heartfelt thank you to all the family and friends for the support during this trying time.

A viewing will be held Monday, May 20^th, 2024, from 6 to 8 at Walker Mortuary. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, May 21^st, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Walker Mortuary with a visitation from 10 to 10:45 prior to the celebration. Interment will follow at North Morgan Cemetery.
