Bill Wingeier

Our loving husband, father, grandfather, "Bill" passed away March 3, 2012.
He was born December 28, 1931. Bill served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He retired from P.I.E. Freight Line in 1990. He married his soul mate Carolyn Shoda November 4, 1991,and they combined their families: Paul (April), Phyllis (Chuck), Steve (Chrissy), Elizabeth, Bart, Theresa (Lonny), Matt (Jackie), Adam (Courtney) and Levi (Sarah), 18 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He was a member of K-2 The Church. Special thanks to Pastor Mike Menning, his "Goomba", Garden Terrace Care Center and Community Nursing Service for their excellent, loving care - he loved you all.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Rosemary Lanza, in 1990.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 12 noon at the McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 So Redwood Road, Taylorsville, UT. A viewing will be held at the funeral home Saturday from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m.
Interment at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
