Loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, educator, confidant, and friend, Linda Kay Carter Richins believed in living life to the fullest. She passed away on March 26, 2018, surrounded by her loving family in Kauai, Hawaii. Linda always saw the best in everyone and truly loved unconditionally. She was always the life of the party and will be remembered for her amazing smile and her ability to brighten any room she entered. Linda truly left an impression on every life she touched. She made this world a better place.
